Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://cs.trycook.ai, submitting the onboarding form, watching embedded videos, or booking calls through the portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

Description of the service

The portal provides client success resources for enrolled program clients, including:

The portal supports your program experience. It does not replace your primary program agreement, purchase terms, or any separate contract you have with Client Acquisition or Trycook AI.

• Program orientation and onboarding form submission.
• Booking pages for onboarding, clarity, systems, pre-launch, and check-in calls.
• Post-booking prep pages with call details, preparation checklists, and training videos.
• A roadmap view of your client success journey.

Eligibility

This portal is intended for current or incoming clients who have enrolled in the Growth Creator Incubator or related Trycook AI client success programs. You must provide accurate contact and business information when using the portal.

Scheduling and calls

• Call availability is shown through GoHighLevel scheduling widgets and may change based on team capacity and time zones.
• You are responsible for attending scheduled calls or rescheduling through the booking tools provided.
• Missed appointments may delay your onboarding timeline or program milestones.
• After booking, you may be redirected to a prep page that displays appointment details resolved from your contact email.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the onboarding form or booking flows.
• Attempt to access, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with portal systems, APIs, or third-party embeds.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Program content and intellectual property

Videos, copy, checklists, frameworks, and other materials on this portal are owned by Client Acquisition, Trycook AI, or their licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for your own program participation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share portal materials without written permission.

Third-party services

The portal integrates with GoHighLevel, Airtable, Vimeo, and other third-party platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data handling outside our control, or changes to embedded tools.

Disclaimers

The portal and all program materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Business results vary. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volume, ad performance, or business results from use of the portal or participation in the program.

This site is not part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. Additionally, this site is not endorsed by Facebook in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Facebook, Inc.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client Acquisition, Trycook AI, and their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the portal, missed appointments, third-party service failures, or reliance on portal content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Client Acquisition and Trycook AI from claims arising out of your misuse of the portal, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate or unlawful information.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the portal if you violate these Terms, if your program enrollment ends, or if necessary to protect the service or other clients. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Client Acquisition operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the portal will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
